HYDRAULIC INSTALLATIONS POULTRY FARMS SWINE FARMS.The Koreon Pro - Dosing Pumps® dosing pump is a microprocessor-controlled electromagnetic diaphragm pump designed to provide precise, safe and reliable liquid dosing in a wide range of industrial processes and treatment systems. Its adjustable-frequency solenoid drive system ensures excellent operational stability, high efficiency and ease of operation. Manufactured with resistant materials and robust technology, it is suitable for sanitation, water and wastewater treatment, chemical, agricultural, food, pharmaceutical, pulp and paper industries, among other segments. The pump enables precise dosing of chemicals, corrosive solutions, sanitizers, liquid fertilizers, coagulants, flocculants and various other compatible liquids, making it ideal for applications that require continuous and reliable flow control.

The dosing pump must be installed close to the dosing tank, respecting the maximum suction height of 1.2 meters. The location must have a stable power supply and easy access for operation and maintenance. To avoid the risk of electric shock, the pump must be connected to a grounded power supply compatible with the equipment nameplate data. Installation on a circuit protected by a residual-current device (RCD) is recommended. For electrical networks with voltage above 220 V, the use of a transformer compatible with the equipment is mandatory. It is recommended to keep the pump inlet and outlet in the vertical position, use the original hoses supplied with the equipment, and avoid reducing the piping diameter. For installations with long distances or more viscous liquids, piping with a larger internal diameter is recommended.

The pump must be connected to a functional and protective grounding system in accordance with the requirements of ABNT NBR 5410 and NR-10. • Dedicated protective grounding conductor • Guaranteed electrical continuity • Firm and permanent connection • Grounding resistance below 10 W
It is recommended to use a copper cable with 750 V insulation, green or green/yellow in color.

• RCD (30 mA)
• Dedicated thermomagnetic circuit breaker
• Surge protective device (SPD)
• Stabilized power supply on unstable networks
Grounding must not be connected to the network neutral, hydraulic piping or metal structures without equipotential bonding. Installation must be carried out by a qualified professional. Lack of proper grounding may cause electric shock, electronic malfunction, damage to the electronic board and loss of equipment warranty. For industrial installations with variable-frequency drives, motors and electrically noisy environments, equipotential grounding and physical separation between power and signal cables are recommended.
