Treatment of Water PoultryThe Quartet® Kobra treats water completely, improving the quality of drinking water. The treatment takes place in 4 steps: 1-Chlorination, 2-Acidification, 3- Filtering and 4- Anti-Scale or Corrosion.
The first half of the Quartet® Kobra is responsible for microbiological control through Chlorination (1), made by humidification of the Trichlor tablets, and Acidification (2) that reduces the pH in the water through the Acikobra® organic acid tablets. The joint action of these compounds optimizes water sanitation. For the action of Chlorine becomes more efficient in acid PH.
The second part of the process performs the physical-chemical control by the Nipple® Kobra Filter (3) that performs the porous membrane filtration process by retaining the solid particles present in the water. The Nipple® Kobra Filter is a high durability product as it is Washable and reusable. In order to finish, the water goes through the fourth process where the scaling agents (Water hardness) and corrosives (oxidizing water) carried out by Noleak® Kobra (4) are inactivated, this action prevents minerals such as: Iron, Calcium Carbonate and Manganese will cause from causing scaling problems in water equipment and dripping in nipple drinkers.
The Kobra Quartet should be installed in an easily accessible location, between the water tank and the drinking fountain.
Suitable for hydraulic installations of poultry farms being easily handled by agricultural technicians, handlers and breeders
