Description

The QUARTETO PLUS® KOBRA® is the next step in water treatment and animal care. Designed to provide autonomy to the producer, the QUARTETO PLUS® ensures simplicity and robustness in poultry and swine farms.

Composed of:

• 100 MICRON PRE-FILTER: Responsible for retaining solid particles larger than 100 microns.
• CHECK VALVE: Prevents possible backflow of water, ensuring system integrity.
• PRESSURIZING PUMP: Ensures a minimum flow rate of 2100 L/h, provided there is a water tank with at least 2 meters of water column before the pump.
• FLOW SWITCH: Automatically activates the pump when there is a demand for water consumption by the animals. Sensitive to small demands, such those from day-old chicks.
• DOSATAK SANITATION: Adds sanitizers like BRADOX, acidifiers like ACIKOBRA soluble powder, and other compatible products, with dilution regulation from 0.1 to 0.5%.
• 75 MICRON FILTER: Retains solid particles larger than 75 microns, including algae.
• ANTI-SCALE DOSER: Inactivates the incrustation ability of minerals (especially calcium and magnesium carbonate), preventing scale formation in drinkers and removing existing scales. Also protects metal equipment and acts as an antioxidant for dissolved iron and manganese in water, preventing issues related to biofilm-forming bacteria (such as Pseudomonas and Escherichia coli).
• ANIMAL HUSBANDRY DOSATAK: Adds medications, vaccines, hydrating agents, and other compatible products, with regulation from 1 to 5%.
• PRESSURE REGULATOR VALVE: Standardizes the line pressure, keeping it stable when there is a demand for water by the animals.
